Hotel Brahmaputra Ashok has always been at the forefront of providing maximum comfort and facilities to the guests and visitors. Besides offering them a peaceful and pollution free environment with fresh air flowing right from the mighty Brahmaputra, the Hotel was the first in the entire North East to provide Tea/ Coffee dispensers, Internet Access, Mini fridges in all its rooms.

The Silver Streak, a popular Lounge Bar, is located within the hotel premises. Here, the guests, both younsters and families, are greeted with the best video and audio treats coupled with an upmarket ambience done in red and silver.
Entry to the Lounge bar is on the basis of Membership (on weekends) and on the basis of cover charge for non-members.

The Hotel has played host to several International and national conferences. Hotel Brahmaputra Ashok played host to the largest conference ever held in the entire North-East and probably the largest convention in Eastern India when it organized the 11th Indian Road Congress in January 2002. This was a challenge to the Hotel especially as all other establishments threw in the Towel. The conference had an attendance of over 10,000 delegates per day. The hotel successfully catered to over 50,000 meals spread over five days earning great kudos.

The Hotel is going to undertake major expansion works in the new future which would include the addition of an entire Club with swimming Pool, Health Club, Ayurvedic Treatment centre etc and addition of a further 20 - 50 rooms.
